Yes. We’re building partnerships with major organizations that recognize GAMTS certifications. The credential’s value comes from demonstrating competency on a rigorous, transparent exam. Employers increasingly value certifications from independent bodies because they’re vendor-neutral and focused on foundational skills.

Think of it this way: GAMTS teaches “How does AI work?” while AWS/Google/Microsoft teach “How to use our cloud for AI.” Both are valuable—many professionals hold both types.

GAMTS currently offers 10 certifications across three levels:

• 3 Associate (Foundation): AIFA, AERA, GAIA

• 4 Professional: AIPL, AICSA, AISS, ARMAS

• 3 Leadership: GAGL, GARL, GASL

You have 12 months from the date of purchasing your exam voucher to schedule and complete your certification attempt.

1. Associate Level: Entry-level certifications for foundational knowledge (40 questions, 60 minutes)

2. Professional Level: Specialized certifications for intermediate practitioners (50 questions, 90 minutes)

3. Leadership Level: Executive certifications for organizational leaders (50 questions, 90 minutes)

It depends on the certification:

• Associate (AIFA, AERA, GAIA): No prerequisites required

• Professional: 1+ years of relevant professional experience recommended (but not required)

• Leadership: Leadership or executive experience recommended (but not required)

You self-certify your experience when registering—it’s an honor system.

Varies by certification and your background:

• Associate: 4-8 weeks of self-study (20-30 hours per week)

• Professional: 8-16 weeks (15-25 hours per week)

• Leadership: 12-20 weeks (15-25 hours per week)

GAMTS provides:

• Your professional experience

• Industry resources

• Other certification materials

As long as the content covers the exam blueprint topics, it’s helpful for preparation.

GAMTS uses AI to automatically monitor during the exam for:

• Suspicious activity patterns

• Unusual behavior (rapid completion, extended pauses)

• Window switching or minimizing

• Keyboard/mouse patterns

• Network anomalies

This happens automatically—you don’t interact with it. If behavior is normal, your exam processes normally. If behavior is unusual, it’s flagged for manual review.

1. Exam continues normally during test

2. After completion, activity log is reviewed

3. If minor flag: Likely no action (false positive)

4. If serious flag: May be asked to retake with video proctoring, or GAMTS may withhold certificate pending review

5. Serious violations: May result in account suspension

1. Examples of cheating include:

   • Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)

   • Accessing unauthorized websites during exam

   • Getting help from another person

   • Impersonation (having someone else take exam)

   • Using books, notes, or external materials

   • Screen sharing or screen capture

1. During preparation: Yes! Use ChatGPT, Copilot, etc. to study and understand concepts.

   During exam: No! Using AI tools during the exam is cheating and will result in certificate withholding and possible account suspension.
